As a direct result, the Renewal Rate for AIR Technologies' Comprehensive Service Program Base of Customers has averaged over 97% for the last ten years. Several years saw no cancellations whatsoever. In an industry that plans for double digit cancellation rates, it might be safe to say they're doing a lot of things right. This Renewal Rate is the single biggest key to the growth at AIR Technologies. And growth means not just new
jobs but new opportunities from within the company as well.
As a result of this growth, "The Metro 50", a ranking of the Oklahoma City Metro Area's fifty fastest
growing, privately held businesses, recently recognized AIR Technologies among their honorees for eight separate years. . . three of those consecutively. The only business from the HVAC industry recognized as such. The Metro 50 is sponsored, among others, by the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce and The Journal Record.
In a separate program, "The Oklahoma 100", sponsored by Oklahoma Business Monthly Magazine for the 100 fastest growing, private companies in the State of Oklahoma, AIR Technologies was also recognized.
The business adage stating "It Costs Six Times More to
Find a New Customer Than it Does to Keep Those You Already Have" means a lot at AIR Technologies. Besides, at the end of the day, it
makes everyone's work just that much more rewarding.
All that being said, the personnel at AIR Technologies realize they are not perfect and try not to pretend to be. With that perspective, however
